This is our program for beginners that teaches you all the movements and conditions you so you can graduate to our group classes. If you're tired of not getting results and want to experience something different that WILL, this is where to start. It's an opportunity to reinvent yourself. If the schedule does not meet your needs, contact us to discuss setting up some discounted personal training sessions.
Classes run (with the occasional exception) every three weeks on M W Th @ 7:30pm. Cost is: $140 - Get signed up before the class is full!

Here's your chance to jump in and experience a CrossFit workout for free! This class is for people new to CrossFit and a great way to get a taste of what it is we do. The class lasts about an hour. You'll warm up, learn some new skills and hit a short CrossFit style, intro level workout at the end.
