CrossFit Davis' On Ramp is our program for beginning CrossFitters that teaches you the basic terminology, barbell, and conditioning movements we use so you can safely and effectively attend our group classes. We ask that all potential members who are not experienced in CrossFit participate in our On Ramp program regardless of their fitness level. Whether you are an experienced athlete or deconditioned and ready to get serious, you will benefit from learning our movements and performing the On Ramp workouts. If the schedule does not meet your needs, contact us to discuss setting up some discounted personal training sessions.
Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30pm for three weeks. Make-up and review classes will be done in week four. Cost is: $140
On Ramp sessions start on the first Monday of every month.

Here's your chance to jump in and experience a CrossFit workout for free! This class is for people new to CrossFit and a great way to get a taste of what it is we do. The class lasts about an hour. You'll warm up, learn some new skills and hit a short CrossFit style, intro level workout at the end.
