Here’s your chance to jump in and experience a CrossFit workout! This class is for people new to CrossFit and a great way to get a taste of what it is we do and check out CrossFit Davis.  The class lasts about an hour.  You’ll warm up, learn some new skills and hit a short CrossFit intro level workout at the end.

The class runs every Sunday at 1PM excluding holidays
