Getting Started at CrossFit Davis!

There are a few options to get started at CrossFit Davis:

1. Sign Up for On Ramp

On Ramp is held every Tuesday and Thursday, runs for 4 weeks, and you may start on any Tuesday. There are 8 classes total and class times are from 7:30-8:30 pm.

2. CFD|Sweat

CFD|Sweat is a 45 minute CrossFit inspired, high intensity cardio class happening every weekday at 4PM.  No experience is necessary and non-members are welcome to drop-in at our single session rate ($20).  If you are new to CrossFit Davis, please arrive ten minutes early to sign the waiver and pay the drop-in fee.

3. Personal Training

If the On Ramp schedule does not work for you we also offer personal training to prepare you for CrossFit classes.  Please contact us so that we can set you up with one of our coaches!
