Getting Started at CrossFit Davis!
There are a few options to get started at CrossFit Davis:
1. Sign Up for On Ramp
On Ramp is held every Tuesday and Thursday, runs for 4 weeks, and you may start on any Tuesday*. There are 8 classes total and class times are from 7:30-8:30 pm.
*On Ramp classes are currently on hold for the winter break, and will be starting back up again on Tuesday, January 8th. If you would like to reserve a spot in the On Ramp class starting on the 8th, email coach Alex at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Personal Training
If the On Ramp schedule does not work for you we also offer personal training to prepare you for CrossFit classes. Please contact us so that we can set you up with one of our coaches!
3. Attend a Free Intro Class
If you are not sure yet that CrossFit is for you, please come to our Free Intro Class on Sunday at 1 pm. This is your chance to meet us and try out your first CrossFit workout and for us to answer any questions you may have before getting started. This class runs every Sunday excluding holidays. There is no need to sign up in advance, just come on in.
